The L&L Goodman Theater and Acting School of the Negev
The Goodman Acting School of the Negev - known in Israel as “The Goodman” is a cultural and artistic center in Be’er Sheva. Young actors and actresses train professionally for performance in theater, television, and cinema. Many of The Goodman’s alumns are part of the Beer Sheva Theatre’s ensemble.
The Goodman contains 4 classrooms equipped with sound and lightning equipment, a dance studio, a library filled to the brim with plays and books, makeup and dressing rooms, props room, outfits and costumes room, personal lockers, kitchen and showers. The Small Auditorium seats 80 and the Large Auditorium seats 320. The Goodman also has an outdoor patio for performances under the stars.
